Check Time And Attendance With Payroll Reporting

Check That Your Rooms And Toilets Are Clean Before Guests Report It
Monitor that cleaning staff are maintaining the correct cleaning schedule by mounting an ID point in rooms or bathrooms. Cleaning staff can then clock each time they enter and leave an area. Reports will show how often they where in the room and how much time was spent there.
Tracking Your Assets
The Magtouch patrol equipment can be used for basic asset tracking. ID points are attached to the assets that you need to keep track of. A guard with a patrol baton will then clock the ID point as part of his patrol route, thus verifying the asset and the date and time of the verification. One application includes placing a point on vehicles and when the vehicle passes the guard at the gate it can be clocked and you can keep track of when it arrives and leaves. This can be taken further by placing points on the first aid kit, triangle and fire extiguisher to check that it is with the vehicle involved.
